摘要：王实甫《西厢记》用典众多，或取之于先秦典籍、或取之于两汉文史，或取之于唐宋诗文，皆各臻其妙。其用典方式和表意特点主要有顺其意、反其意、喻其意三种。

Abstract:  Wang Shifu uses many allusions in his romance of the west chamber ,some of them take from classic texts in early Qin; or access to historical literature in Han Dynasty; or come from poetic prose in Tang and Song Dynasty, they are both wonderful. The ways of using allusions and the ideographic features mainly include along its meaning、against its meaning and metaphor its meaning.

王实甫《西厢记》语言艺术的一个重要特色就是善用典故，“如果《西厢记》没有集聚诗词、典故、方言、俗语等为一体，也就不可能在中国文学史上占据如此重要的地位”，[1]《西厢记》中无论是唱词还是科白中几乎都有典故，它的用典技艺十分高超，可以说是登峰造极。本文依据典故所出时代为顺序，对《西厢记》中典故类型进行分类，并从用典方式与表意特征方面进行简要分析，发掘《西厢记》用典之美。
