【摘要】当代文学大师沈从文在上个世纪四十年代的小说《边城》，该小说一向以独特清新的牧歌情调备受称赞，《边城》更是作为表现沈先生“健康，自然，人性美的”的文学理想的代表作。而文中反映出来的人与人之间难以相互理解、边城里的人物始终无法掌控自己命运的悲剧感，使得沈从文先生的这部经典之作始终透出一种独特的悲剧美的意蕴，本文力图从五个方面来探究《边城》的悲剧内涵。

Abstract:  Contemporary literature master Shen Congwen in the last century forty's novel " The Bordering City” , has always been to unique fresh pastoral praised, " “The Bordering City ”is as Mr. Shen "healthy, natural, represents the beauty of human nature of" literary ideal.
