摘要:《职来职往》的主旨是帮助求职者树立正确的求职价值观，正确的认识与对待自己和职场的关系，是一个为更多的求职者提供就业机会的大舞台。《职来职往》可以说已经成为我们当代大学生的一本活的教科书，节目提供的职位是多样化的，面试官也是各行各业的精英人才，求职者也是有个性的。就业一直都是社会的热点话题，在节目中多人观点的碰撞产生了奇妙的火花，从各个方面反映与揭示出了社会的真实面目，《职来职往》娱乐性与社会服务性兼具，在娱乐大家的同时，也真正帮助社会解决了焦点问题。本文主要通过调查分析，研究《职来职往》对当代大学生求职的影响，并且对节目提出一些建议，希望这档求职栏目能够真正做到服务大众。

Abstract:The aim of the “Jobs Come Jobs Go” is to help the employees to set a valid value about the employment. It also wants to help them take a true attitude to the relationship with the workplace and tries its best to provide more opportunities for the employees to get job.  Jobs Come Jobs G-o has been a live textbook for our fresh graduates. The positions that the program provides are diversified and the interviewees are the talented persons from all kinds of vocations. Job hunting is always a hot topic in the society. In the program different people have different views. From various aspects it can reflect and reveal the true nature of the society. The program combines with social service and entertainment. When it amuses the audience at the same time helps solve the pivotal issue of society. The significance of the paper is to study the influence of the program on the contemporary college students through the investigation, and the author provides some suggestions to help Jobs Come Jobs Go serve the public in some extent really.
