摘要:随着企业的发展，竞争的日益激烈，企业对秘书的要求也越来越高。秘书的发展也越来越受到企业的重视，随着秘书队伍的不断壮大，秘书人员的整体素质在不断增强，工作技能也有了显著提高。尽管这样，秘书的服务职能还有待改善，才能够符合当今企业的需求。秘书服务职能的改善有助于更好的服务领导，服务企业，从而促进企业的快速发展；反之，秘书服务职能的不完善将会影响企业前进的脚步，大大阻碍企业的发展。笔者主要分析当今南京地区超市企业秘书服务职能的状况，从超市企业秘书自身和超市企业两方面来进行秘书职能的改善。

Abstract:With the development of enterprises, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the Secretary of the requirements of enterprises is also more and more high. The development of more and more attention by the enterprise, with the growing team, the overall quality of Secretarial Personnel in unceasing enhancement, work skill has been improved significantly. Despite this, the service function has yet to be improved, it can accord with the demands of enterprise. Secretary service function improvement helps to better service leadership, service enterprises, so as to promote the rapid development of enterprises; on the contrary, the service function is not perfect will affect the enterprise steps forward, greatly hindered the development of enterprises. The author mainly analyzes the supermarket in Nanjing area business secretary service functions of the state, to the secretary function from two aspects of supermarket enterprise secretary itself and the supermarket enterprises improve.
