[摘要] 关于宋江形象的研究历来有多种角度的观照。本文试从剖析宋江身上所体现出来的忠义思想出发，探讨传统道德、社会环境等因素对宋江忠义思想的影响，并试图在宋江与刘备忠义的比较中去进一步明确宋江忠义的特定内涵，以期有助于深入理解宋江这一人物形象及当时的忠义思想。

[Abstract] About the research on the image of Song Jiang, many academic achievements have been involved from different perspectives. The paper will discuss the factors, such as traditional morality, social environment and so on, which has the impact on the loyalty of Song Jiang based on the image of Song Jiang, and try to further clarify the special meaning on the loyalty of Song Jiang by the comparison of Liu Bei, so as to better understand the image of Song Jiang and his contemporary loyalty.

　　“忠”者，忠天下，“义”者，率性而为。而宋江却是一个伪孝、伪义、伪忠的伪君子，他所谓的“忠义”都是自己标榜的概念；他的所言所行带有很强的目的性；他的“忠义”是他步向他所追求的欲望的垫脚石。他最终凄惨的结局，是他用自己所标榜的一切所结成的那颗茧！ 

中国传统意义上的忠义究竟是什么？《水浒》宋江身上的“忠义”又意味着什么？一千个读者就有一千个不同的宋江了。
