[摘要]弗兰纳里·奥康纳是美国优秀的短篇小说家之一，她的作品充满了暴力血腥、荒诞怪异及浓厚的宗教色彩。本文着重分析其《好人难寻》小说集中的怪诞人物形象及其成因。将其中的怪诞人物分成六类。深入探索了在美国南方背景之下现代人的各种扭曲的精神状态，他们有的沉溺于过往的荣耀而过去现实不分；有的对社会失望，丧失理性而用暴力填补空虚；有的为了自我的利益将信仰丢在一边；还有的在工业文明的影响下变得冷漠，麻木。而奥康纳对这些怪诞人物形象的刻画与当时南方在经过第二次世界大战、各种民权运动等一系列事件后经济凋敝、工业发展迟缓的社会现状，奥康纳本人所在的南方生活环境、受到的病痛折磨、宗教观念等具有紧密的联系。

[Abstract] Flannery O'Connor is one of the outstanding short story writer in the United States, Her works are full of bloody violence, weird and strong religious color. This paper focuses on the analysis of its a good man is hard to find novel concentrated grotesque in character image and its causes. The grotesque characters is divided into six categories. Depth exploration of modern people's various distortions of the mental state in the south of American, Some of them indulged in the glory of the past and could not distinguish the past and present；Some of them for social disappointments, irrational and use violence to fill the emptiness；Some for self interests and lost faith；Some of them also under the influence of the industrial civilization becomes cold, numb. O'Connor of these grotesque characters portraying and then in the South after the Second World War, the civil rights movement and a series of events led to the economic prosperity and social status of industrial development retardation, and O Conner's southern living environment, afflictions, religious ideas have close ties.
