摘要:随着社会主义市场经济的发展,人力资源特别是人才的关键性作用越来越明显,原有的人事档案观念与模式也越来越无法满足人力资源发展的需求,企业人事档案管理呈现出混乱的局面,存在档案内容不完备不真实、管理手段落后、管理模式单一、管理体制不规范等许多问题,限制了企业的发展,也限制了企业人力资源的发展。
本文论述了现代企业人事档案管理中存在的问题,分析了出现这些问题的原因,提出了增强对企业人事档案的重视、提高企业人事档案的质量、转化管理模式创新管理手段等改进措施,以促进企业人力资源的开发,为加强企业人事档案管理工作做出贡献。

ABSTRACT:Along with the development of the socialist market economy, the key role of human resources, especially talents have become more and more obvious, the personnel files of the original ideas and patterns are increasingly unable to meet the needs of human resource development, enterprise personnel file management presents a chaotic situation, exist incomplete file content is not real, backward management means and management mode of a single, many problems such as nonstandard management system, which limits the development of enterprises, also limits the development of the enterprise human resources.
This paper discusses the problems existing in the modern enterprise personnel file management, analyses the reasons of these problems, proposed the enhancement to the attention of the enterprise personnel file conversion, improve the quality of the enterprise personnel file, management improvement measures of the management of innovation, to promote enterprise human resources development, contribute to strengthening the enterprise personnel file management.
