摘要:民间有句俗话：百里不从风，千里不从俗。每个区域都有其独特的历史、文化、政治等不同背景，自然形成了该区域独特的一些风貌。婚丧习俗在民间文化中起着非常重要作用。婚嫁是步入社会生活的重要环节，而丧葬则是人生的最后一道礼节，其中蕴含着深刻的文化价值。本文主要从婚丧价值、内容、存在问题以及改革和发展等部分来对淮安民俗进行研究，探讨其背后蕴含的历史文化底蕴。 

　　　通过研究可以发现婚丧习俗作为当地民俗文化的重要一部分，它在历史的演进中得到了继承和发展。我们要正确地去分辨其积极成分，剔除其不合理成分。不断地进行改革和发展，只有这样才能改进普通民众的生活，从而在实际生活中指导人们的行为。在这些民俗的实践中，人们逐渐形成了对自己地域内文化的认同感和归属感。

Marriage is the important link into the social life, and the funeral is a last line of etiquette in life, which contains profound cultural value. This article mainly from the wedding, value, contents, existing problems and reform and the development of researches on Huaian folk, to explore the history behind the culture.
