摘要:现代企业秘书人员从事的工作要求越来越高,范围越来越广泛,内容越来越深刻,作为一名秘书,在这个知识技能迅速发展的时代,他应具备的各种素养的要求已经大大地提高了。本文认为,倾听是秘书有效交流的关键,心理学家表明,人在内心深处都渴望被听见,被听见就是被重视,它满足了自我表达及与他人沟通联系的需要。善于倾听别人说话就能及时把握信息、了解对方。因此,倾听是秘书职业素质的重要特征。在秘书工作与上级、同事、外访人员交往活动中,交往艺术的核心在于向交往对象表达自己的意愿。而如何让对方有效接收这种意愿却是秘书人员在交往中常常遇到的困境。认真倾听对方说话,用非语言行为与他们交谈,以达到良好沟通目的,这是秘书不可或缺的职业素质。论文区分了倾听中的各种“障碍”,以及在听前、听中、听后怎样提高倾听效率,达到提高秘书职业素质的目的。倾听作为秘书职业交流的重要组成部分,和说话一样具有说服力、感染力,对秘书素质建设有着重大的意义。

Abstracts:Modern enterprise engaged in secretarial staff have become increasingly demanding, more widely, more and more profound content, as a secretary in the era of the rapid development of the knowledge and skills, the literacy requirements he should have have been greatlyimproved. This paper argues that Listening is the key to the effective communication of the secretary work..Phychologists show that people are eager to be heard in the heart, to be heard or taken seriously, it meets the self-expression and communication needs of the contact with others. Good at listening to other speakers will be able to grasp the information in a timely manner, understand eath other. Therefore listening is an important feature of the prefossional quality of a secretary. In the activities of secretarial work with their supervisors, the same level, lower-level exchanges, the core of the contact art is to express their wishes to the contacters. While how to make the object receives the wishes is a real problem often encountered in the secretarial staff . Listening carefully to each other, talking to them by the non-verbal behaviors, to achieve a good communication purpose.This is one of the important and indispensable puality of a secretary. This paper distinguishes the barriers of listening and how to improve listening efficiency, to improve the professional quality of a secretary. As the important part of the professional exchanges of a secretary,Listening is the same compelling and appealing as speaking, it does great help to the construction of the quality in the secretarial work..
