摘要:随着我国经济的发展,社会对秘书人员的需求量逐渐增加,素养要求也越来越高。在所有的素养要求中,秘书的专业能力的水平直接关系着秘书活动的效能以及成败。本文从表达能力、办事能力、协调能力、社交能力、管理能力和社交能力六个方面入手,研究无锡地区秘书人员专业能力发展状况。通过调查问卷法和访谈法得到研究所需数据,经过分析发现:无锡地区秘书人员专业能力的问题主要有书面表达能力方面:语言口语化、把握文体语言特征能力弱且语言贫乏缺乏表现力;社交能力方面:人际感受能力和风度和表达力较弱;管理能力方面:辅助决策能力较弱和辅助计划能力发展不平衡。针对这些问题本文进行了原因分析并找出相应的提升途径,希望对无锡地区秘书人员提高工作的专业水平和工作效率有所帮助,同时也能为他人相关研究提供一些参考与借鉴。

Abstract:With the tremendous development of reform and opening-up in China,not only our demand for secretaries is becoming larger and larger,but also our requirement for secretaries is becoming higher and higher. In all these requirements, professional capacity is so different from those others.It is a core part of ability structure, but the more impotant thing is that professional capacity is the guarantee of secretaries’ work.Whether a secretary has enough professional capacity or not has a big and direct effect on the result of his or her work. By all accounts,we could confirm that the first step of becoming an excellent secretary is nothing but to improve his professional capacity. This paper use a questionnaire survey as primary research approach to study the professional capacity of the secretaries in Wuxi. According to the collected data, we have known that our secretaries in Wuxi have obvious problems in their writing, social communication and sociality ability. In this paper some corresponding measures have been put forward to solve these problems.At the same time, also I hope that some of these opinions and conclusions in this paper are able to take a positive effect on other people’s study.

秘书专业能力只是秘书能力结构——基础能力和专业能力这两大部分的其中一个部分。可以看出秘书专业能力只是秘书素养培养的众多内容中的一小部分。但是由于时间、资源和个人能力的限制,只能把课题的研究范围缩小。虽然课题研究范围较小,会影响文章的作用和影响力,但是却有利于把课题研究得更加透彻,也有利于进一步地解决其中存在的问题。秘书的专业能力作为秘书能力结构的核心部分,不仅是秘书区别于其他职业人员的重要方面,更是完成秘书工作的重要保证。一个秘书专业能力水平的高低,直接关系着秘书活动的效能以及成败。通过问卷调查法、访谈法和文献查阅的方法,调查和了解无锡地区秘书人员专业能力的发展状况,根据得到的数据,进行科学的研究和分析,找出其中的问题并提出改进方法,可以促进本地区秘书人员能力提升以及工作的改进。
