摘要:电子商务不仅给企业带来新的机遇，同样也带来了新的风险。电子商务业务运作模式的开放性和全球化使得安全的含义更为广泛，安全性方面的管理要求更高。本文主要分析了电子商务的三种风险：商业风险，技术风险和法律风险。基于以上风险,本文研究分析了系统软件安全、系统运行安全、密钥密码体制、数字摘要、数字证书、SSL协议、SET 协议等电子商务安全管理技术。最后，从安全管理角度针对具体案例进行了相应剖析。

Abstract:Not only electronic commerce brings the new opprtunity to the enterprise, has similarly also brought the new risk. The electronic commerce risk is very big. Electronic commerce service operation pattern openness and the globalization cause the safe meaning to be more widespread, the secure aspect management request is higher, receives the degree which takes to be higher. This article will mainly analyze three kind of types the electronic commerce risk: commercial risk, technological risk and legal risk. Based on the above risks，in this paper, analysis of the  system software security,  system movement security, general key password system,  digital abstract, digital certificate, SSL agreement, SET agreement and so on security management. Finally, this article make a the corresponding analysis from the perspective of safety management for the specific case.
