摘要：音乐是和人的生命关系最为密切的一种艺术形式，音乐还是民族文化的重要组成部分。人的音乐水平与他所处的环境有很大联系，因此要建立一个良好的学习氛围，从小锻炼和培养人们的音乐素养是小学音乐教育的关键，同时也是小学音乐教育的重要内容。
