摘要：傣族是个有着悠久的历史文化，充满宗教信仰的民族。傣族舞样式繁多、风格浓厚，特色强调出灵巧、矫健、淳朴、柔美。情感委婉内敛，动作具有造型性。 三道弯是傣族民间舞蹈中的基本形态，也是最能体现傣族民间舞蹈的审美特征的姿态造型。傣族独特的风格特点和舞蹈文化与其生活的环境因素，地域因素及文化因素是密不可分的。傣族民间舞蹈动作细腻，不像其他民族粗犷豪放，它主要体现女性身体的柔美，线条美。傣族民间舞蹈中特有的三道弯动作形态，多是下肢在半蹲的状态下，上身和手臂呈弯曲状态。从表现形式上看，三道弯也成为了傣族民族民间舞中必不可少的重要元素。这和他们日常生活息息相关。进一步的了解傣族民间舞蹈中三道弯的美有助于推动傣族民间舞蹈的传承与发展。

ABSTRACT:The dai is a long history, full of religious people. The dai dance style is various, the style, characteristic stressed out, athletic, honest, and gentle. Emotional euphemism inside collect, the movement is modelling. "Three bend" is the basic form in the dai national minority folk dance, and most can reflect the aesthetic characteristics of the dai nationality folk dance the attitude of the model. The unique style and dance culture and its living environment factors, regional factors and cultural factors are inseparable. The dai national minority folk dance moves and, unlike other nations, bold and unconstrained it mainly reflects the female body soft, beautiful line. The dai national minority folk dance in the "three bending" action form, mostly lower limbs in the condition of half squat, upper body and arms bent state. From the performance form, "three bending" has become the indispensable important element of the dai nationality folk. The daily life is closely linked with them. Further understanding of the dai national minority folk dance in the beauty of "three bending" help to promote the heritage and development of the folk dance of the dai nationality.
