摘要：这些年国家对素质教育的重视程度加深，家庭和学校把青少年器乐的学习列为一项重要的内容。学校开展的兴趣小班打破了琵琶教学原有的一对一的模式,更多的采用集体课的教学模式。在这样一个新的课堂模式下，教师要如何激发学生对乐器的兴趣，如何设置课堂，用何种方式进行教学，本文将就其几个问题展开探索研究。

Abstract：As the country's emphasis on quality education in recent years.Teenagers' learning of instrumental music has become an important content of children quality education for school and family.The interest classes carried out by the school has broken the original one-to-one teaching pattern and adopted the collective teaching pattern .Under this brand new teaching pattern,how can the teachers stimulate the students’interest in the instrument and how to set up the class ,what they should do in the teaching ?The article is mainly about these problems.
