摘要：本文从治理思潮出发，从城市社区治理模式的角度来理解社区组织结构问题。首先确定了本研究的基调，从背景、主题、意义、综述四个方面来进行了全景式的扫描。而后在对我国城市社区治理模式展开了一个历史性的叙事后，选取了上海、江汉、沈阳三个具有代表性意义的案例，对其深入剖析，在宏观上开展了反思。其次，我们试图上升到一般性的层面上对我国城市社区治理组织结构提出相应的理论创新，即提出互动合作型的治理结构。最后，我们营造了这一组织结构运作的空间环境。

Abstract:This trend starting from the conception of governance that is from the perspective of urban communities, which is to understand the organizational structure of it. First, the tone of this study is from the background, theme, meaning, review four aspects, which are panoramic scan. Then after embarking on a historic narrative in the governance of urban communities, we select representative in Shanghai, Jianghan and Shenyang, which are three typical cases, we give in-depth analysis on them, and at the same time, carrying out at the macro reflection. Secondly, we tried to rise to the level of general management on the organizational structure of urban community, which puts forward the theory of innovation. namely that the cooperative interaction between the governance structure. Finally, we created a space environment for the operation of the organization.

我们认为，随着后工业化和城市化历史进程的不断加剧，我国城市社区组织结构实然在发生变化，或者说，它已经变成了另一种形态。其实，我们理解的这种组织结构是一种主体间的关系，诸如居民、社区自治组织、社区内非政府组织、社区党组织、政府组织、社区外非政府组织、市场组织、辖区单位各个主体间的伦理关系。这就需要我们对作为这种关系表现形式的模式做一个全景式的扫描，我们的目的在于概括出建国以来我国城市社区治理模式的历史变迁，同时，选取上海，江汉和沈阳这三个具有代表性意义的个案，做一个横向的解剖，探寻其发生机理，寻求相关问题，以求的一种路径的创新。
