浅论当代大学生价值观的特点与培育对策

摘要：随着经济全球化进程的加快，我国的社会、经济、政治、文化都产生了一系列的变化。在市场经济、中西文化冲突交融等背景下，当代大学生的价值观、价值取向突显着多元性、不稳定性、主体性和矛盾性。从这当中我们既看到当代大学生的价值观、价值取向与主流价值观即社会主义核心价值观要求的相容性，又看到其与主流价值观即社会主义核心价值观要求的疏离。当代大学生的价值观处于非成熟期，应当注重引导和培育。引导和培育当代大学生的价值观，应当注重联系社会实际、大学生思想实际出发，采取多种有效对策。

The Theory of College Students' Value Orientation

Abstract: With the accelerating development of economic globalization, a series of change in society economy, politics and culture have occured. Under the situation of market economy and the conflict between Chinese and western culture, the values and ideas of contemporary college, students embody diversity, instability, subjectivity and contradicition. Among this we can see that the compatibility between the values of contemporary college students and mainstream values, which refers to Socialist core value. We can also see the isolation between the two. The values of contempory college student is still under the period of pre-mature. We are supposed to pay much attention to quide and cultivate students by proceeding from the reality of society and students. Meanwhile, a wide varieties of methods should be taken.
