摘要:就业不仅是大学生极为关心的问题,也是家长、高校和社会共同关注的问题。只有积极地促进女大学生的就业,才能更好地促进两性平等。只有平等和谐的两性关系,才能够最大限度地焕发人的劳动热情和工作干劲,才能充分激发人的创造欲望和开拓精神。由于历史、现实及女大学生自身等方面的原因,使她们在就业的过程中往往处于劣势。本文通过对大量资料和数据的研究,阐述了女大学生就业的现状,然后分析了它的成因并提出了一些解决的对策,比如社会树立男女平等的就业观念,国家提供政策、法律扶持和制度保障,高校应当加强针对女大学生的就业教育,女大学生树立正确择业观念。

Abstract:Employment is not the problem all undergraduates, but also parent, university, and even the society pay attention to.Only if accelerated the female university students working can get the equality of male and female. So that the human can wake up labor enthusiasm and working passion to explode desire to create and pioneering spirit. Owning to history, reality and female student’s self aspects, the female university students usually in the inferior position. This passage analyzed the cause and brought forward some countermeasures, via several material and data research. It expounded the actuality also.
