摘要：随着全球化进程的加快，我国原有的地方政府社会管理方式和模式已经适应不了社会主义市场经济和全球化的要求，地方政府社会管理弊端日渐显露，因此我国地方政府必须积极探索政府管理创新，提高管理能力和行政绩效。本文主要通过对地方政府社会管理创新理论的解析和对创新过程中存在的问题以及对策的探索，进一步了解地方政府社会管理创新的发展。
