摘要：英国在养老保障方面非常显著的内容便是社区照顾，它是为老年人及其它社会弱势群体在自己熟悉的家里和社区中提供援助和支持，以使这些人能够独立正常地生活。伴随着社会人口老龄化现象的不断发展，我国养老模式开始从家庭到社区的转换，因此研究英国社区照顾的居家养老模式，并从其内容和特点上寻求对我国社区养老的借鉴具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The very significant term of old-age security in British is the content of community care,which provide the elderly and other social vulnerable groups within their home and community with assistance and support,in order to make these people normally live independently. With the continuous development of the social phenomenon of an aging population, pension mode in China began to transform from the family to the community, and study the content and characteristics of home endowment patterns of the British community care can give great reference to the community endowment in our country.

英国是世界上最早实行社会保障制度的福利国家，其在养老保障方面建立的社区照顾尤其显著。社区照顾是为老年人及其它社会弱势群体在自己熟悉的家里和社区中提供援助和支持，以使这些人能够独立正常地生活。社区照顾不仅在英国得到大力的宣扬和实施，也受到许多国家和地区仿效。近几年，我国也在推广类似英国社区照顾的居家养老，英国的社区养老模式对我国有很大的启示。
