摘要：改革开放以来让生活节奏加快，社会竞争的日趋激烈，职业倦怠现象在社会生活的各领域都已广泛出现。其中，教师作为职业倦怠的高发人群，尤其是中学思想政治教师，由于其学科的特殊性，发生职业倦怠的情况更加明显，如果得不到有效控制，不仅影响教师自身，更会对中学生的学业和成长造成危害。文章通过分析中学政治教师职业倦怠产生的背景、现状、原因和其影响，并结合当前中学政治教师职业倦怠情况的实际提出对策，帮助改善中学政治教师职业倦怠现象，重新燃起中学政治教师对工作的热情，对政治这门学科的热爱。
