摘要:我国现在处于社会主义初级阶段，农业的发展影响着全国经济的发展，农民的社会保障制度问题从建国之初就开始慢慢探索之路，如何确保农民的各项社会保障得到具体的落实，成为了发展社会主义社会必须解决的问题之一。农村社会保障制度还不够完善,解决这些问题的主要方法是建立符合我国实际国情、符合农村农民发展需要、与生产力水平相适应的社会保障制度，转变政府职能加大对农村社会保障体系建设的财政支持等等，不断改革创新，不断进步，促进农业与其他重要产业共同发展发展，加快社会主义现代化进程。

ABSTRCT：China is now primary stage of socialism, the development of agriculture affect the country's economic development, the social security system from the beginning of the founding of the problems of farmers began to slowly explore the road, how to ensure that the farmers get the specific implementation of social security has become one of the issues that must be addressed development the socialist society.
