摘  要:目前我国流浪儿童人数很多，全国各地也涌现出各种各样的救助保护模式，这些救助模式的形式多样、各地出台的保护政策也是各成一家。笔者在收集我80年代以来流浪儿童救助保护模式研究的基础上，发现我国救助保护制度与救助模式的发展经历着个人心理辅导与行为矫正救助、人本救助、机构外的合作联动、系统化的流浪儿童救助体系建设四个阶段，这与国外救助模式的发展方向是大体一致的。并且其发展具有从注重对儿童个人的矫正到关注整个社会环境的改变，从问题视角到优势视角，从救助机构的单个作战到系统整合、以社会控制为目标到以儿童为重心，流浪儿童救助保护制度与救助模式的逐渐专业化的特点。笔者在本文中将利用SWOT分析法，分析现存典型的几种救助保护模式优缺点，力争为以后研究出适用于当前国情的流浪儿童救助模式提供有益的线索和帮助。

ABSTRACT:At present our country street children number many, have sprung up all over the country and all kinds of relief protection mode, these relief patterns around the various forms of protection policy and all into one, the author in the collection I street children rescue protection mode research since the 80 s, on the basis of found relief protection system and rescue mode of development in our country experienced personal counseling psychology and behavior modification humanistic aid relief organizations outside of the cooperation between systematic street children rescue system four stages, with the development direction of the foreign aid model is roughly consistent. And its development from the attention on children's individual corrective to focus on the whole social environment change, from the perspective of the problem to the advantage of perspective, from a single combat relief agencies to system integration/social control is given priority to with children as the center of gravity, street children rescue protection and rescue mode gradually professional characteristics of the author in this article will use the SWOT analysis, advantages and disadvantages analysis of some existing typical rescue protection mode, and strive to for further study the applicable to the current situation of street children rescue models provide useful clues and help.
