摘  要:由于文化发展的不平衡性和差异性，导致了本土社会工作的发展面临不同的困境。通过对特定文化场域的研究，来探讨在本土社会工作实务过程中前线社工面临的各种困境，并找到解决的办法。这不仅仅是要求把国外的社会工作实务模式和理论价值引进来，实现社会工作的本土化，更要求社会工作者学习和了解本国各地区各民族的特定文化，为社会工作在我国的发展奠定坚实的基础。

　　　这一研究的主要方法是通过对各种文化背景下的前线实务社会工作者进行访谈为主，辅以文献资料来得到需要的材料，对所得资料进行定性处理。本文从文化的差异入手，讲述了由文化差异引申而来的特定文化，并着重阐述了在特定文化场域下社会工作实务遇到的困境，从而提出相应的解决措施。

ABSTRACT:As a result of the cultural development imbalance and differences, leading to the development of local social work face different difficulties. Through the study on the domain specific cultural field, to explore the dilemma facing front social workers working in local social practice, and find a solution. This is not only the requirements of the foreign mode of social work practice and theoretical introduction, localization of social work, more requirements for social workers to learn and understand the specific cultural ethnic regions in the country, lay a solid foundation for social work development in china.
