摘  要:现目前，社会工作在中国得到了长足的发展，社会工作的职业化和专业化也达到了一定的水平，但是发展过程中，也面临着诸多矛盾型困境。本次研究通过对重庆市Y高校06—09级93名毕业生进行调查，试图了解毕业生的现状，并反馈专业教学中存在的问题。通过本次研究，不仅可以明确专业毕业生就业对口率低的原因及面临的“矛盾的困境”，为改变这种现状，提升社会工作职业化水平提供依据；另一方面有利于提高Y校的社会工作专业教育的质量，促进毕业生就业，使其人才培养更加符合社会的需要。

ABSTRACT:At present, the development of social work in China got rapid progress, the professionalization and specialization of social work has reached a certain level, but in the process of the development, faced with many contradictions. This study try to make some reseaches on 93 students of Y university of  Chongqing ,whose mayor is social work,and have graduated one---four year, trying to understand the present situation of  the graduates, and feedback the problems existed in the social work teaching and education of Y university. Through the study, not only can clear the reason why the professional graduates employment rate is low and the contradictions, to change the situation, provide basis to enhance the level of professionalism; On the other hand, is beneficial to improve the quality of social work professional education of the Y university, to promote the employment of graduates, make its cultivation of talents to meet the needs of the society.
