摘  要:随着社会形势的发展和变化，传统高校学生工作模式面临着巨大的挑战，发展高校专业学校社会工作是可供选择的对策之一。本文以重庆某高校为研究对象，通过访谈法，了解到该高校的学校社会工作现状。研究发现，该高校主要存在的仍是一种传统的学生工作模式，即实际学校社会工作，这种模式的不足是：管理重于服务，事后补救重于事先预防，封闭式的教育与服务。针对这些不足，本文认为应该引入专业学校社会工作，建立专业学校社会工作服务中心，对辅导员进行社会工作专业的相关培训，加强学校心理咨询中心与辅导员的联系，加强学校各部门之间的联系，用受过专业社会工作教育的学校社会工作者为高校学生、教师及学校服务。

ABSTRACT:With the social development of the situation and changes in the traditional mode of college students facing enormous challenges, the development of University Professional School of Social Work is one of the strategies to choose from. In this paper, a university in Chongqing as the research that the university school of social work status quo. Study found that the university is still mainly a traditional student working mode, ie the actual school social work, this mode is insufficient: Management emphasis on services, remedial emphasis on advance into prevention,education and services closed students with little chance of social contact, so the traditional method of ideological and political education students no longer suitable for today's student education. For these deficiencies, this paper considers the introduction of professional school social work should establish professional school social work service center and counselors links between various departments to strengthen school contact with trained professional social work education, school social worker for the college students, teachers and school services.
