摘要：我国在人口老龄化的大背景下，正处于社会转型的关键时期，工业化和城镇化进程日益加快，大批的农村年青劳动力涌入城镇，进一步推动了农村空巢家庭的出现及逐年增多。空巢家庭的出现在一方面体现了社会的进步，但同时也暴露了农村老人养老的困境。本文以张家港市若干农村空巢老人为研究对象，通过文献法、个别访谈法和实地观察收集资料，从经济支持、生活照料、精神赡养以及权益保障四个方面描述了张家港市空巢老人的养老保障现状，提出了针对农村空巢老人养老保障的基本设想，建议主要从政府，社区以及家庭层面出发，提出了各级主体应尽的职责，共同为农村空巢老人安度晚年创造积极条件。

Abstract: Under the background of aging of the population, we are still in the key period of social transformation. Industrialization and urbanization are acceleration, large quantities of rural labor are moving into town, which further promote the rural empty-nester family emerged and increase annually. Empty nester family appeared reflects the progress of the society. It also exposes the predicament of the rural elderly endowment predicament. In this paper, the author takes empty nesters on several counties, zhangjiagang city as the research objects, through the literature search method, interview method and conducted field research of the town of zhangjiagang, and analyzed situation of the endowment in the rural through the economic support, life care, the spiritual support and rights protection. The author puts forward the base ideas of the rural empty nesters family, suggesting mainly from the government and the community as well as the family level. This paper proposes the main task at all levels with the main due responsibilities, and common dignity to create positive conditions for empty nest elderly in rural areas.
