摘要:本文从激励的角度,通过对金坛市大学生村官的调查了解大学生村官的现状,结合专家学者现今的研究以及结论,提出进一步建立和完善大学生村官激励机制,从而留住人才,充分发挥“大学生村官”的所长,使大学生确实把它作为事业去投人,去付出,做出成绩,获得成就感和满足感,真正为新农村建设全力以赴。

Abstract: To understand College students as village official through the investigation of them in Jintan from the perspective of incentives , with experts and scholars to present research and conclusions, to further establish and improve incentives to retain the college students as village officials’ talent, and give full play to them. Make the students regard their job as a business to invest, to contribute and to achieve results, a sense of achievement and satisfaction, really go all out for New Construction of the Rural Areas.

大学生“村官”政策在各地如火如荼的发展,这一项政策的推出在一定程度上缓解了大学生就业压力,为建设社会主义新农村提供了人才。但是,随着该项政策不断发展,越来越多的问题呈现在我们面前,其中大学生“村官”的短期性尤为明显,为使政策得以持续发展,有针对性地采取对策,解决问题,完善相关的激励机制,是大学生“村官”政策有效实施及建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要。
