摘要:管理人员是中小企业的管理者和执行者,对企业的长远发展、系统规划以及内部机制的调整起着决定性的作用。高层管理人员是企业的决策者,他们规划着企业的未来,引领着企业的发展;中层管理人员是维系企业发展的桥梁和纽带,衔接着高层管理人员和低层管理人员;低层管理人员是企业的骨干人才,推动着企业的不断运营。对中小企业来说,管理人员招聘最重要的是人得其职,职得其人,为合适的岗位招聘到合适的人才。中小企业在管理人员招聘的过程中存在着很多的缺陷,如对待招聘的态度随意,招聘者的水平和素养不高,人力资源的规划不规范等。这些问题都是因为企业对招聘的不重视,企业不合理的文化和中小企业的局限性而形成的。所以企业要从自己做起,进行思想和政策的转变,通过思想上的转变,使企业的管理人员认可企业文化,增强责任感,尊重人才,提高自身的素养,以企业责任为己任。通过政策的转变,使企业从本质上加强对人才的重视和培训,不断提高管理人员的素养、能力,促进企业的长远发展。

Abstract:Managements are managers and executives of small and medium-sized enterprise,they play a decisive role of long-term development planning, the system planning,as well as the internal mechanisms of adjustment.The senior managements are decision-makers,they planning the future of the enterprises, lead the development of enterprises;Middle managements are bridge and link of enterprises, they connecting with the senior managers and lower managers;Lower-level managements of the enterprise is the backbone personnel,they promote the enterprise to operate.For small and medium-sized enterprise,the most important thing is the recruitment of management staff people for the right job, the staff lent their people to recruit the right people for the right job.There are many defects in the management recruitment process of the small and medium-sized enterprises, for example: recruitment level and literacy are not high,human resource planning is not standard,management and attitude errors of the recruiters.These problems are from the limitations of the enterprise, do not attach importance to the recruitment, culture of enterprise is unreasonable.Therefore, enterprises must start with ourselves, change thoughts and policys by the ideological shift, make the enterprise staff recognized the enterprise culture , enhance the sense of responsibility, respect for the talent, improve their literacy, to the responsibility of corporate responsibility.Through the change of policys,enterprises should also increase the emphasis on talent and training from the essence, and continuously improve the literacy of talent, ability, and promote the company's long-term development.
