摘要:改革开放以来,我国民营经济快速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,人才已成为当今企业发展的核心竞争力。有效的员工招聘是企业获取人才的重要方法,也是促进企业稳定发展的重要保证。本文运用人力资源招聘管理的基本理论分析了成长期民营企业在员工招聘过程中的一些问题,并对如何完善民营企业的招聘体系做了一些研究。本文第一部分介绍了本课题研究的背景和意义,以及国内外学者对成长期民营企业招聘问题的研究现状;第二部分是相关基本理论的综述,包括成长期民营企业的界定,企业生命周期的概念与特征,员工招聘的概念,成长期民营企业员工招聘的特征及意义;第三部分介绍了成长期民营企业员工招聘的问题及原因分析,如忽视人力资源规划,工作分析不充分,招聘人员的素质和专业化水平低,缺乏有效的录用评估和反馈等;第四部分是针对以上问题提出的对策,成长期民营企业的招聘应重视人力资源规划和工作分析,为招聘提供标准和依据,提高招聘人员的素质,规范招聘过程,选择合理的招聘渠道,建立适合成长期民营企业自身发展特点的招聘评价体系;第五部分是对本论文的总结。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, China's private economy has developed rapidly, market competition is intense, and talents have become the core competitiveness of enterprise development. Effective staff recruitment is the important way to gain talents and the important guarantee for the stable development of enterprises. This paper uses the basic theories of human resource recruiting management to analyze the problems in the recruitment process of private enterprises in growth period, and does some research in building an effective recruitment system. The first part introduces the background and significance of this research project, and the research of domestic and foreign scholars on recruiting problem of private enterprises in growth period; The second part is the overview of the basic theories, it includes the definition of private enterprises, the concept and characteristics of the corporate life cycle, the definition, characteristics and significance of staff recruitment of private enterprises in growth period; The third section describes the recruiting problems and the reasons of growing private enterprises, such as neglect of human resource planning ,job analysis is not sufficient, low quality and professionalism of the recruiters, lack of effective recruitment assessment and feedback and so on ; The fourth section is some countermeasures for the problems that as described above, staff recruitment of private enterprises in growth period should emphasis on human resource planning and job analysis that provide criteria and evidence for the recruitment, improve the quality of recruiters, standardize recruitment process, choose reasonable recruitment channels, establish a suitable recruitment evaluation system for growing private enterprises own development characteristics; The fifth part is a summary of this paper.
