摘要:如今人才流动已经成为社会的普遍现象,知识型员工是一个具有极强流动性的群体,它的高流动率困扰着很多企业。因此,如何在这个极富挑战性的环境中留住知识型员工成为企业竞争成败的关键。本文以知识型员工为研究对象,首先阐述了知识型员工及知识型员工流动的概念,介绍了知识型员工流动对企业的积极和消极影响。其次分析了我国企业知识型员工的流动现状,从个人、企业、社会环境等三个层次分析影响我国企业知识型员工流动的原因。最后提出合理化建议:通过建立知识型员工职业生涯规划、完善绩效和薪酬体系、合理设置组织机构、加强企业文化建设、完善人才流动的市场调节机制等方面来有效管理我国知识型员工流动。本研究在一定程度上能够加深企业对知识型员工流动的重视程度,并对企业的可持续发展有一定意义。

Abstract:Nowadays, talent flow has become a common phenomenon in society; the knowledge staff is also a very strong liquidity group, its high flow rate disturbing to many enterprises. Therefore, how to keep the intellectual employee in the extremely challenging circumstance is the key whether the enterprise can win the contest. In this article, intellectual employee is the main study object, firstly explaining the concept of intellectual employee and its turnover and introducing the positive and negative influence of the intellectual employee turnover of the enterprise and the society. Secondly analyzing the current situation of the intellectual employee in our country. Then from the individual, enterprise, social environment and so on three levels to discuss the influence of our country enterprise knowledge type employee flow causes. Finally, the rationalization proposals: through the establishment of a knowledge-based career planning, and improve the performance and compensation system, a reasonable set of organizations, to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, and improve the market regulation mechanism of the flow of talent needed to effectively manage our knowledge-based staff turnover. The researches in the certain degree to deepen enterprise knowledge employee turnover value degree, and the sustainable development of enterprises have a certain significance.
