摘要:21世纪是知识经济占主导地位的时代,知识已经取代物质资本成为最重要的生产要素。因此,企业的知识资本所有者——知识型员工成为企业管理的主要对象。所以,民营企业如何构建一个合理的人才激励机制,是民营企业能否持续发展的关键问题之一。本文在总结前人研究成果并结合相关激励理论的基础上,通过对民营企业知识型员工需求因素的调查分析得到知识型员工需求特征的资料,接着对需求特征进行分析,然后根据分析结果总结了当前民营企业知识型员工激励存在的问题并分析原因,最后针对问题构建出民营企业知识型员工的激励体系。希望本研究能对我国民营企业知识型员工激励的实践活动具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Twenty-first Century is the era dominated by knowledge economy , knowledge has replaced corporeal capital to become the most important factor of production. Therefore, the owner of knowledge capital in Enterprises -- the knowledge workers have become the main target of enterprise management. Therefore, how to build a reasonable talent incentive mechanism become one of the key issues of sustainable development of private enterprise. Based on the summarization of previous research and combined with relevant incentive theory, through survey and analysis to the private enterprises’ knowledge staffs’ demand factors, we get the information on the characteristics of knowledge workers demand, then analyze the demand characteristics, and then summarizes the problems of knowledge-based employee’s incentive in private enterprises according to the results of the analysis and analyze the reasons, Finally, aims at the question ,I construct a knowledge-based staff incentive system in private enterprises.
