摘要：体系是指在同类的事物或一定范围内按照内部联系和一定的秩序组合而成的整体。体系是指若干有关事物或某些意识相互联系的系统而构成的一个有特定功能的有机整体也是不同系统组成的整体。车辆管理体系以体系为基础制定战略目标、工作理念、工作流程、组织结构、部门权责、制度管理等各个模块，并有效的计划、组织、管理和控制各个模块。

　　　本文以深圳市A物流公司为研究对象，该公司是一家在2012年上市的专业化第三方物流公司。该物流公司车辆种类繁多，自有、挂靠、外协车辆的管理非常混乱，需要有一个更好的管理方式，繁多杂乱的车辆、司机管理是一个物流承运商工作中不可忽视的一点。本文以A物流公司车辆管理的实际情况出发，对其现有的一系列问题进行讨论和研究，以求该公司在物流车辆管理方面寻得一定的突破和改善。
