摘要：随着经济的发展，第三方物流企业在物流体系中所起的作用越来越大，第三方物流企业的配送网络是为顾客提供物流服务的重要载体。物流配送是物流企业的重要业务活动，合理的物流配送模式不仅有助于提升物流企业的管理水平，还可以降低物流配送成本，提高企业资源的利用率。

　　　为了构建合理的H公司物流配送模式，提高物流配送的时效，降低物流配送的成本，本文通过对物流配送相关理论的研究，阐述了物流配送服务的特点，并对H公司现有的物流配送服务进行了阐述，提出了H公司的物流配送体系架构；最后本文对H公司现有的几种物流配送模式所存在的问题进行了分析，结合对H公司配送业务的调研资料，提出了改善H公司物流配送模式的建议，为完善H公司物流配送管理及开辟新的物流配送模式提供可参考性的依据。
