摘要:家乐福集团已建立了一个全球性采购网络,所采购的商品面向不同的国家和地区且具有非常大的市场竞争力。在中国,家乐福集团的规模每一年都在扩张,现在家乐福已经遍布了整个中国市场。
本文将以我国的家乐福超市为主要研究对象,首先介绍了物流配送模式的定义和作用,以及家乐福的物流配送模式的现状和优势分析,然后提出家乐福在物流配送模式中存在的多个方面的问题,并针对每个问题相应地提出了相应的改进对策。其中,以第四方物流与第三方物流的结合使用、通过“节约里程法”优化配送路径、通过决策法选择最佳配送模式等对策为重点进行分析,最后作出总结。

Abstract:Carrefour group has set up a global procurement network, the procurement of goods to different countries and regions has a very large market competitiveness. In China, the scale of the carrefour group is expanding every year, and carrefour has now spread all over the whole China market.
Take carrefour supermarket as the main research object, this paper firstly introduces the definition and function of logistics distribution mode, and carrefour's present situation and advantages of logistics distribution mode, and then put forward in several aspects of problems of the carrefour's logistics distribution mode, and make some corresponding improvement measures accordingly for each problem. In these measures, I put an emphasis on some measures, such as combine the fourth party logistics with the third party logistics, optimize the delivery path through "save mileage method", choose the best delivery mode through some decisions, and summed up at last.
