摘要：随着我国市场经济和金融环境的飞速发展，在经历过六次整顿后，我国信托业和信托投资公司逐渐成熟，并不断进行业务创新和制度改革，有力的促进了我国经济的发展，为投资者带来可观的经济收益。随着我国经济环境的愈发复杂，未来金融市场不确定性增加，信托投资公司面临的竞争日益加剧，风险愈加增多，信托投资公司必须加快发展的脚步和力度，明确公司市场定位，提高公司在市场中的竞争力和影响力。虽然我国信托投资公司基本处于良好发展的状态，但在现实中依旧存在某些风险问题，并严重影响着信托业务活动的正常发展。

   本文以我国最大信托投资公司—平安信托有限责任公司为例，研究该公司的发展现状，旨在发现信托投资公司发展中存在的问题，并提出促进其发展的建议。

Abstract :With the rapid development of China's market economy and financial environment, after having gone through six rectification, our Trust Enterprise maturing and Trust and Investment Corporation, and continuous business innovation and institutional reform, and effectively promoted the development of China's economy for investors bring considerable economic benefits. With China's economic environment becoming more complex  trust and investment companies will face more competition and more risks . In order to enhance the company market competitiveness and influence.Trust and Investment Corporation must accelerate the pace of development and make efforts to clear market positioning,. Although Trust and Investment Corporation are in a state of good development, in reality,there some risks still exist,and seriously affect the normal development of trust business activities. With the example of China's largest trust and investment companies - Ping An Trust Co., Ltd., , we do some research in the in the construction of the company's current situation and aim to discover the problems .Finally we will make suggestions to promote its development.
