摘要：近年来，我国的私募基金正不断壮大，现已成为促进我国经济发展、调整我国产业结构的重要力量。与英美等发达国家比较，私募基金在我国出现的较晚，但发展速度快，现已具备相当大的规模和影响力。我国基金投资业未来的发展受到私募基金的公开化与合法化的直接影响,但由于我国法律及相关体系的不健全，以及其自身带有的高风险等原因，我国庞大的私募基金行业仍然缺乏完善的法律监管体系，这增大了我国私募基金的风险，不利于我国私募基金的发展。本文尝试通过结合文献资料、专业数据等资料来分析我国的私募基金现状、现阶段存在的问题并探析我国私募基金未来的发展情况。

Abstract：In recent years,China’s private equity fund continues to grow and develop, has become an important force in promoting economic development, adjusting the industrial structure. The private fund in our country has developed rapidly, although it appeared much later than the developed countries.At present,it already has a considerable scale and market influence. The publicity and the legalization of private equity fund will directly impact fund investments, but because the legal and related system are not effective ,also with high risk and other reasons, the domestic private equity fund is still lack of  the legal supervision system. These undoubtedly increases the risk of developing the private equity fund, also are not conducive to the development. This paper attempts to analysis the current situation of the private equity fund in our country, the problems existing in the present stage and the future development of private equity fund.
