摘要：上海国际金融中心是中国金融实力的象征，而金融人才是国际金融中心建设的第一资源。因此，引进和培养国际化、复合型的金融人才具有重要的理论意义。影响上海国际金融中心建设原因是多方面的，本文基于金融人才视角，通过金融中心发展现状、金融中心金融从业人员数量和薪资水平等方面，对上海与纽约、伦敦国际金融中心进行比较研究，以此探寻上海的比较优势和劣势，并提出他们对上海打造世界级国际金融中心的启示。

Abstract：The Shanghai international financial center is the symbol of China's financial strength, and financial talent is the first resource of the international financial center construction.  So it is important to introduce and cultivate international, complex financial professionals. The influence of building Shanghai international center is multifaceted, and this paper based on the perspective of financial talent, through development status, the number of employees and salary levels of financial, for a comparative study of Shanghai, New York and London. In order to explore Shanghai's comparative advantages and disadvantages, and propose revelation about how to build Shanghai international financial center.
