摘要：本文通过对仓单质押概念及银行现状的阐述，分析了银行开展仓单质押存在的各项问题以及仓单质押业务对银行的作用,说明了银行开展仓单质押业务的必要性,并通过进一步对仓单质押风险控制的研究，对银行开展仓单质押业务提出了一些建议，总结出银行可以通过开展仓单质押业务最终实现银行与中小企业共赢。
