摘要：近年来，随着我国经济的发展，仓单质押作为一种新型的服务项目，在我国多个行业和地区开始发展起来。本文通过对仓单质押的概念和模式的剖析，深入探析该业务中融资企业、银行和物流企业的关系，再分析物流企业的现状及面临的挑战，结合物流企业转型的发展契机，提炼出仓单质押对物流企业的作用，为物流企业大力发展仓单质押业务提供理论基础。
