摘要：随着经济的发展,环境破坏事件的增多,导致人们对环境越来越关注,绿色成为了主题。对于企业,绿色供应链也成为了当今必要的选择,本文通过对中小企业现状的分析,找出中小企业实施绿色供应链将会面临的困难,针对这些问题本文根据中小企业特点提出外包模式下和企业联盟模式下运行绿色供应链的见解，选择绿色供应商和建立绿色信息平台等措施，解决运行绿色供应链的阻力。中小企业只有选择了适合自己的模式,才能在市场中处于不败的地位。

Abstract：With the development of economy, and the damage to the environment, people pay much attention to the environment. Accordingly, green, which means environmental protection, has been the main issue in the world. To enterprises, green supply chain is a necessary choice. The thesis analyses the current situation of small businesses and finds the problems they'll be faced with. For those problems, the thesis provides its understanding of how to run the green supply chain in the mode of business progress outsourcing and enterprise alliance. Select green suppliers and green information platform measures to address the running resistance of the green supply chain.Choose their own mode can keep them in an invincible position.
