摘要：随着市场经济的不断改变企业如何在新的一轮激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，提升物流管理水平是弘阳集团现在面临的重要任务。本文主要通过对弘阳集团物流管理的现状分析来研究弘阳集团物流管理方面存在的不足，而针对这些不足并结合实际情况本文也提出对各个问题的规划方案，以及怎样构建物流信息平台，物流管理系统的改善，对未来效果的展望。希望能给弘阳集团的物流管理作出一份贡献。

Abstract:   with the change of the market economy how hong Yang group in the new round of the competition in an impregnable position, promote hong Yang group is now faced with an important task of logistics management level. This article mainly through to hong Yang group logistics management present situation analysis to study hong Yang group, the shortage of logistics management and aimed at these deficiencies and combining the actual situation in this paper also puts forward planning scheme for each problem, and how to build the logistics information platform, improve the logistics management system, the vision of the future. The hope can give hong Yang group logistics management to make a contribution.
