摘要：随着市场经济和经济全球化的快速发展,传统的库存管理模式已经不能够满足新的发展需求，企业的库存管理体系必须适应供应链管理的要求。供应链管理理论的提出，推翻了传统库存控制的理念，对于库存成本的控制有着一定的价值意义。本文主要以供应链环境下联想公司的库存管理为例，首先介绍了供应链环境下的库存管理的相关理论知识。然后分析了联想公司库存管理的现状和存在的问题，其中重点介绍了联想的VMI库存管理模式。最后，对联想公司的库存管理提出了一些优化的建议，希望对联想公司以及其他类似企业提供一些有价值的思路和方法。

Abstract: With the rapid development of market economy and economic globalization, the traditional inventory management mode already cannot meet the demand of the new development, enterprise's inventory management system must adapt to the requirements of supply chain management. Supply chain management theory is put forward, to overthrow the traditional concept of inventory control, for the cost of inventory control has a certain value. This article mainly to Lenovo Company under the environment of supply chain inventory management as an example, firstly introduces the inventory management under supply chain environment related theoretical knowledge. And then analyzes the Lenovo Company's inventory management present situation and the existing problems, with focus on Lenovo's VMI inventory management mode. Finally, putting forward some optimized suggestions of Lenovo Company’s inventory management, and hoping to provide some valuable ideas and methods for Lenovo and other similar enterprises.
