摘要:随着中国经济的迅速发展，加之全球经济危机的扩散，中国企业迎来了改革开放以来最好的发展机遇。面对恶劣的经济环境，欧美部分企业资不抵债，纷纷面临破产和被收购。与此同时，中国企业加快了海外扩张的步伐，出现了像联想收购IBM，吉利收购沃尔沃这样瞩目的案例。然而，中国企业跨国并购中也面临着诸多的挑战和困难，可谓机遇与风险并存，如何让中国企业抓住全球化浪潮这一波难得的发展机遇，此时显得尤为重要。基于课题研究的可操作性，论文拟从中国企业如何参与全球化竞争的角度，提出对中国企业跨国并购发展的相关对策思考。该课题从中国企业发展的角度出发，对目前的跨国并购现状进行分析，并结合典型案例存在的问题，拟提出解决方案，从而进一步探讨在讯息万变的世界经济发展大潮中中国企业如何走出一条属于自己的特色发展之道。

The topic from the perspective of the development of Chinese enterprises, analyzes the current status quo of transnational merger and acquisition, and connecting with the problems of typical cases, to propose solutions, so as to further discuss the information of Chinese enterprises in the tide of international economic development how to out of a belong to their own characteristics.
