摘要:据教育部统计，随着高校的扩招，我国高校毕业生规模从2009年611万，2010年的699万人，到目前突破700万大关，高校毕业生的就业形势日益严峻，大学生就业问题已成为全社会共同关注的焦点。面对沉重的就业压力，自主创业，不失为一条切实可行之道。这不仅可以缓解就业压力，推动高校创业教育改革与发展，更有利于构建和谐社会。但是，我国大学生自主创业过程充满艰辛，自主创业呈现创业率低，成功率低态势。本论文从创业的相关概念入手，综述了我国大学生创业的发展历程，以及所面临的现状问题，基于对江南几所高校的大学生问卷调查数据结果，结合相关文献对我国大学生的创业现状进行分析，了解在创业过程中遇到的困难，挖掘现象背后的根源，归纳总结影响大学生创业的因素，并从创业政策，创业文化、创业教育以及个人提升方面进行有针对性的对策探讨。

Abstract:According to the statistics of educational ministry, with the expansion of university enrollment, the scale of college graduates in China has already exceeded from 61.1 million in 2009, 69.9 million in 2010 to 70 million now, college graduates are in serious situation, the whole society has paid attention to the employment problem of college students. Facing the heavy pressure of employment, entrepreneurship is a feasible way. This can not only relieve the pressure of employment, promote and develop entrepreneurship education reform in Colleges and universities, but only it is more conducive to the construction of harmonious society. However, Chinese college students’ entrepreneurial process is full of hardships, entrepreneurship has entrepreneurship rate is low, the low success rate trend.This paper from the relevant concepts of entrepreneurship starting, the paper introduces the development course of Chinese college students, and the current problems of college students, questionnaire survey results of Jiangnan several universities based on the combination of venture, the present situation of our college students related literature analysis, understanding encountered in the entrepreneurial process, tap root phenomenon behind, summarized the influence factors of students, and from the aspects of entrepreneurship policy, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education and personal ascension to discuss countermeasures
