摘 要:随着改革开放进步的步伐,我国中小企业取得了迅速发展,并且为我国经济健康快速发展做出很大的努力。但是我国加入WTO后,随着经济全球化,中小企业面临的市场经济环境和竞争环境发生了巨大的变化,由地区性、全国性竞争逐渐过渡到了全球性竞争;我国中小企业不仅要与众多的国内其它企业竞争,而且要与众多的跨国公司竞争。怎样提高中小企业的整体素质、增强其可持续发展能力,已经成为一个迫切解决的问题。
本文将以苏州坤润纺织科技有限公司为例,从发现企业问题,分析企业问题,最后到如何解决这些问题。运用波特五力模型,具体的分别从潜在对手、供应商、行业内对手、替代品和购买者,五个方面阐述本公司的核心竞争力的构建。然后分析如何提高企业的整体素质、增强其可持续发展能力。最后根据核心竞争力的定义阐述总结企业核心竞争力的构建,从而衍生到我国中小企业应该如何构建其自己的核心竞争力,来面对这个全新的市场的挑战。简述我国中小企业如何做到“物竞天择,适者生存”。为中小企业核心竞争力的构建研究做出贡献。

Abstract:Since the reform and open policy, our country small and medium-sized enterprise has obtained the rapid development, has become the main strength of promoting the rapid development of China's economy. But with the in-depth development of economic globalization and the new form after China's accession to the WTO, has changed China's small and medium enterprises facing the market economic environment and competitive environment, gradually from the area, the national competition in the transition to the global competition; small and medium enterprises not only to compete with many domestic enterprises, but also to compete with many Multi-National Corporation. How to improve the overall quality of small and medium-sized enterprises, enhance their capacity for sustainable development, has become an urgent task of economic theory and industrial circles.
This paper will take the Suzhou Kun run Textile Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, from the discovery of enterprises, analysis of business problems, and finally to how to solve these problems. Using Potter's five forces model, specific respectively from potential competitors, suppliers, industry competitors, substitutes and buyers, building on the company's core competitiveness in five aspects. Then analyses how to improve the overall quality of enterprises, enhance their capacity for sustainable development. Finally, according to the definition of core competence construction on summarizing the core competence of the enterprise, thus derived to our country small and medium-sized enterprise should be how to build the core competitiveness of its own, to face the new challenge of market. How to achieve "the survival of the fittest in natural selection in small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, the survival of the fittest". Build the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises of contribution.
