摘要:我国是一个社会市场经济新兴发展的国家，在当前我国的上市公司发展的过程中，其中多数都是由过去各种国有企业转换而成的公司模式，在这种背景和前提的影响下，上市公司中存在着很多不合理的现象和问题。传统的计划经济体制和理念在管理的过程中还被经常的使用，致使在公司管理过程中出现各种问题和不利于公司发展的现象。因此，通过加强对股权结构的具体分析与防范，企业最终会获得股权结构带来的最大收益。

　　　本文通过文献查阅、图表分析、指标分析等方法,对企业股权结构问题进行了比较深入的研究。首先，分析了股权结构问题对企业的影响；其次，提出了股权结构问题产生的主要原因；再者，通过结合对安徽华茂纺织股份有限公司股权结构问题现状的分析，找出其股权结构的问题及原因，最后提出相关可行性的建议，例如制定合理的信用政策、完善股权制度，健全企业内控等。

Abstract:Our country is a social market economy emerging developing countries, in the course of China's development of the listing Corporation, most of which are past various state-owned enterprises into companies, under the influence of the background and premise, there exist many unreasonable phenomenon and unreasonable problems in listing Corporation. The traditional planned economy system and the concept is also frequently used in the management process, resulting in the emergence of various problems and not conducive to the development of the company in the company management process. Therefore, only through rational analysis and prevention of shareholding structure, the enterprise can gain maximum benefit from the ownership structure.

　　　Through literature review, chart analysis, index analysis method, carried on an in-depth study on the enterprise ownership structure to prevent problems. Firstly, analyses the influence of ownership structure on the risk; secondly, the main causes of ownership structure problems is proposed; furthermore, by combining the analysis of the current situation of optimization of Anhui Huamao textile Limited by Share Ltd ownership structure problem, find out the optimization problems of its ownership structure and its causes, and finally puts forward some feasible suggestions, such as establishing reasonable credit policy, to improve equity system, perfect enterprise internal control.
