内容摘要：目前，我国的家电等大型企业正处于发展阶段，面临了许多问题与困难。苏宁电器是家电企业中发展最为良好的一个企业，苏宁电器的发展之所以成功，源于一套合理、科学的管理模式。苏宁电器的管理模式的成功也是因为在长期的不断探索和实践中形成的，这一套管理模式的出现是有着极其重要的作用，给了其他企业很多的借鉴。当然苏宁电器也存在不足之处，让苏宁电器在未来的发展的前景中发挥了一些作用，在未来的发展道路中做到更好。
