【摘要】随着互联网的快速发展,网络在经济领域的作用变得举足轻重电子商务成为经济领域里成长最快的新版块,而这之中,网络口碑迅速增长,并且在人们不知不觉的日常生活中扮演着重要的角色。布丁酒店作为一家飞速发展的快捷酒店,在不断扩大门店范围的同时,需要做好口碑营销,只有好的网络口碑才能让布丁酒店在新时期赢得消费者。
通过对布丁酒店消费者的问卷调查研究,以及对杭城布丁酒店门店的实地考察,自己直接去布丁酒店的官方网站浏览发现存在问题。问卷主要从消费者群体方面,对酒店的考虑因素,获得口碑的途径,口碑对消费者的影响程度等方面进行针对性的问卷调查。在收集充足的理论的同时,运用多种调查方法收集相关数据,实地考察访谈,找出布丁酒店在网络口碑方面所存在的问题, 并且参照相关理论,对存在的问题进行深入的分析,对症下药,提出有效可行的解决方案,也为其他快捷酒店提供参考。

【Abstract】With With the rapid development of Internet, network becomes play a decisive role in the economic field of e-commerce has become the fastest growing economy in the new version of the block, and this, the rapid growth of Internet word of mouth, and it plays an important role in people's daily life imperceptibly. Pod Inn as a rapid development of Fasthotel, in the expanding range of stores at the same time, need to do a good job of word-of-mouth marketing, only good word-of-mouth network to make Pod Inn won the consumers in the new period.
Through the questionnaire survey research to the Pod Inn for consumers, and on the spot investigation of Hangzhou Pod Inn store, directly to their Pod Inn official website found problems. The questionnaire mainly from the consumer groups, to consider the factors of hotel, way to gain reputation, reputation effects on consumers were targeted survey. In the collection of sufficient theory at the same time, using a variety of survey method to collect relevant data, field survey interview, find out the existing problems in the internet word-of-mouth aspects of Pod Inn, and according to the related theory, in-depth analysis of the existing problems, put forward an antidote against the disease, effective and feasible solutions, but also provide a reference for the other Fasthotel.

快捷酒店在中国的发展起步较晚,但发展速度却非常快,而布丁酒店则是快捷酒店中典型的代表,所以通过对补丁酒店消费者的调查,来直观的发现其存在的问题,并且通过实地考察来确定问题的存在,从消费者获取网络口碑的角度,以布丁酒店能为客户提供服务的角度而沟通来发现问题,经过理论研究的方法,从问题深入的挖掘本质,发现问题的根源.
以理论研究为导向,整理布丁酒店在网络口碑上存在的问题,以消费者获取网络口碑的途径和方式以及对网络口碑的辨识度为突破点,再以酒店的角度来研究如何改变来利用好网络口碑,吸引消费者,提升酒店的网络经营能力,最后把消费者和酒店相联系,把网络口碑作为酒店之间的桥梁,使其起到良好的沟通作用,实现可持续发展,也能够为其他快捷酒店对于网络口碑的经营提供有效实用的方案.
