摘要:本文综述了目前茶氨酸的应用现状及提取方法,并阐述了液膜提取过程的传质机理和意义。系统研究了NaOH皂化P204微乳液体系萃取L-茶氨酸的工艺,考察了茶氨酸的初始浓度、外水相PH、乳水比R(微乳液与外水相的体积比)、P204浓度(有机相载体浓度)等因素对萃取率的影响,从而确定了微乳液膜提取茶氨酸的最优条件为:茶氨酸的初始浓度为100mg/L、外水相PH为2.5、乳水比R为1:5、P204浓度(有机相载体浓度)为0.6mol/L。

ABSTRACT:We summarized extraction method and the application situation of theanine, expond the mechanism of mass transfer and significance of the extraction process.The technique were studied in NaOH saponified kerosene microemulsion system.The effect factors of theanine initial concentration, carrier concentration and concentration in the extracting phase on separation performance were discussed,respectively. Consequently,appropriate extractive conditions of 100mg/L as theanine initial concentration,0.6mol//L as carrier concentration,2.5 as the pH and the volume ratio of microemulsion to external aqueous phase in the extracting phase were established.

茶氨酸具有诸多作用,展示了其广阔的开发前景,具有重大的应用价值。我国茶树栽培面积广,茶叶产量多,相信茶氨酸一旦在我国获得广大消费者的认同,必将迎来一个生产和销售茶氨酸系列保健产品的新高潮。目前日本在茶氨酸的研究与应用处于领先水平,而我国对茶氨酸的研究尚停留在茶叶中茶氨酸含量测定的分析方法上。因此,鉴于茶氨酸的应用越来越广泛,如何简单、高效、经济的提取茶氨酸成为一个急需解决的重要课题。
