摘要:消费者了解商品和服务的权利是其作出消费决定的前提，也是从根本上维护社会主义市场经济条件下良好市场秩序的保证。消费者知情权作为消费者权利体系中的基础性权利，是消费者其他权利实现的前提和保障。但是现实生活中消费者知情权屡受侵犯，例如生产者未向消费者告知或虚假告知商品服务的信息。经营者的上述行为使消费者处于信息严重不对称的劣势地位，使得他们的合法权益得不到应有的保护。本文首先阐述了完善我国消费者知情权法律保护的必要性，接下来指出我国消费者知情权法律保护的缺陷，通过借鉴国外先进的经验，提出我国消费者知情权法律保护的完善措施，从而有效地保护消费者的知情权，以降低不确定性和风险，减少交易成本，促进社会的进步。

Abstract:Consumers understand goods and services is the right decision to make the premise of consumption, is fundamentally to safeguard the socialist market economy condition good market order of assurance. The consumers' right to know as a consumer rights system to the basic rights, is the precondition of the realization of consumer other rights and security. But in real life the consumers' right to know repeatedly be violated, such as producers not to consumers or false told goods and services told the information. The behavior of the operators in consumer information asymmetry of serious disadvantage, make their lawful rights protection should not. This paper expounds the perfect our country's legal protection of consumers' right to know, the necessity of the consumers' right to know that China legal protection of the defect, through the learn from foreign advanced experience, puts forward the legal protection of consumers' right to know the perfect measures, so as to effectively protect consumers' right to know, to reduce uncertainty and risk and reduce transaction costs, promote the progress of the society.
